Refund/Cancellation Policy

At Soul 2 Path Psychics we do our absolute best to make sure that our product descriptions are as in-depth as possible so that you will not meet any unexpected surprises when you receive our products!  We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.

Order cancellation policy:

We are proud of our ability to quickly process all orders placed on our site for products and/or services.  Most orders are processed within 24 hours.  If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, send us an email at within 24 hours.

A large majority of items in stock are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is imperative that you contact us during this period, so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

Return policy:

We love our customers and making things easy for them so hope you will make things easy for us!

While we would love to take back everything, for a few hundred reasons we just cannot.  So your return will be accepted only for the following reasons:

  • Item received is different from what your ordered – If you receive a different item than what you ordered or if any item you ordered is missing or damaged, please contact us immediately for replacement.
  • Your item is damaged upon receipt – No need to return damaged item received.  Simply take a photograph and send it to  Once we receive the photograph, we will issue replacement.  Easy, that’s what we like.  Please send the photo within 24 hours of receiving the goods, failure to do this within the time frame you will NOT be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • How can I get a refund for my product? – If you wish, we can ship a new product or replace it with another item of the same value.
  • How long does it take to get a refund? – Generally, refunds can take up to seven days to be processed.  All refunds must be verified for authenticity and must be submitted to our finance department for processing.
